My name is Dena Moitoso and I have been a bereavement
counsellor with People Needing People since 1997. My professional
knowledge and personal experience with loss are the elements which I
bring to those who are facing at the many challenges of grief and change after the death of their loved one.
In the comfortable environment of the Kuntz House I am available to
meet with individuals and families that have been served through the
funeral home. Our support groups and second stage programs provide a
wonderful opportunity for learning and connecting. We are also very
proud of our resource library which houses a large number of books,
videos and brochures. Our Annual Service of Remembrance and the
opportunity to present workshops to various community groups, are just
a sampling of how we extend ourselves in our community.
I
am privileged to walk beside those who are hurting and to witness the
inner strength that each individual possesses. People need people and
together with guidance, nurturing and skill development, grief work can
lead to life after a loss. People Needing People is one of the jewels
of the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home which we share with our
caring community in Waterloo Region.
We
